The concerns of AARP members in several states regarding prescription drug affordability, out-of-pocket costs and financial hardships associated with paying are examined in this series of December 2006 telephone surveys of 800 members in each state. Opinions about programs to lower prescription drug prices and consumersÂ’ costs across each state are also gauged.
